Jojoba beads are hard, odourless, free-flowing micro-spheres, derived from jojoba oil.
Jojoba beads are ideal for shower gels, soaps, body polishes, facial or foot scrubs and many other skin cleansing products since they provide superior oxidative stability, have emollient properties and gently exfoliate without irritating the skin.
With a melting point of around 70ºC, Jojoba beads, so are particularly useful in elevated temperature stability applications.
They may be used in formulations from 1% to 15%, depending on the desired visual effect and vigorousness of exfoliation.
