At PureNature, we want you to be completely satisfied with your botanical beauty purchase. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused or gently used products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our facility.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
