Description
Our Lip Balm Base is the easiest way to make your own all natural lip balm. New Zealand Beeswax, Shea Butter and Carrier Oils are used to make a nourishing and hydrating lip balm. Proudly made in New Zealand.
The lip balm base comes in a 50g size, you can melt it all down or just what you need - depending on your tube and tin size.
How to use:
- Melt the base using a double boiler, a microwave in short bursts, or a pot on the stovetop at a very low heat, you do not want to boil or burn the base.
- Then add your lip balm flavour (usually 2.5mls per 50g of base), and in you want to make a tinted lip balm - mica for colour.
- Stir thoroughly and then pour into a tin or a tube and leave to cool for a few hours.
