Titanium Dioxide

Description

Titanium dioxide is one of the most commonly used white pigments due to its high refractive index and ability to reflect light.

A popular product in soapmaking for making soap white.  It is widely used in makeup for its opacity and adhesion actions.

This product is not water-soluble but is dispersable in either oil or water.

SAFETY: We recommend wearing a face mask when using.

This product is not micronised or nano-ised. These grades are recommended for sunscreen applications and so this product may not perform adequately on its own as a UV filter. Please seek professional advice if developing a sunscreen product.
