Our premium Topical Base Cream has been specially formulated for Herbalists, Naturopaths and other practitioners to use in daily clinical practice. This base will remain stable with the addition of up to 10% alcohol meaning that tinctures can easily be incorporated without the need to first remove the alcohol content.

It is also ideal for everyday home use so that you can prepare your own healing creams for yourself, your friends or your whānau.

Topical Base Cream can also incorporate oil and water-soluble active ingredients, making it the ideal delivery system for dermal healing preparations.

We recommend the addition of up to 10% added active ingredients in total.

Example Formula:
90g Topical Base Cream
4g   Carrier Oil
5g   Extract
1g   Essential Oil/Fragrance (guide only please check usage maximums etc)
- Weigh out the base in a beaker/bowl
- Weigh out the additional ingredients, add to the base and mix well
