Emulgade PL 68/50 is a plant-based emulsifier, PEG-free and is 100% derived from natural, renewable materials, it is delivered in pellets.
A non-ionic, self-emulsifying base suitable for use in oil/water emulsions. It creates emulsions that are lamellar structured, and has a lovely soft skin feel.
It is mild and gentle on the skin and well-tolerated even by many with sensitive skin.
Approved by COSMOS, NATRUE and ECOCERT.
Has a melting point/range of 60-70°C but should be added to the oil phase heated to approximately 75-80°C.
